§70901. Organization

(a) Federal Charter.—Future Farmers of America (in this chapter, the "FFA") is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Perpetual Existence.—Except as otherwise provided, the FFA has perpetual existence.

2019—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 116–7, §2(1), which directed amendment of subsec. (a) by substituting "FFA" for "corporation", was executed by making the substitution the first place appearing to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
