§70701. Organization

(a) Federal Charter.—Frederick Douglass Memorial and Historical Association (in this chapter, the "corporation") is a body corporate and politic in the District of Columbia.

(b) Perpetual Existence.—Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
