§220101. Organization

§220101. Organization

(a) Federal Charter.—United Service Organizations, Incorporated (in this chapter, the "corporation"), is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Perpetual Existence.—Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
