L. 92–461, §4, Oct. 6, 1972, 86 Stat. 769, which related to apportionment of funds not set aside pursuant to former section 1300a of this title among the groups cited in former section 1300a–1 of this title and use of funds, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
