Section, acts June 4, 1897, ch. 2, §1, 30 Stat. 54; June 28, 1950, ch. 383, title IV, §402(d), 64 Stat. 272, provided for sale of medical and hospital supplies to the Soldiers' Home [now United States Soldiers' and Airmen's Home] in the District of Columbia.
