Short Title of 1991 Amendment

Pub. L. 102–73, §1, July 25, 1991, 105 Stat. 333, provided that Pub. L. 102–73 was to be cited as the "National Literacy Act of 1991", prior to repeal by Pub. L. 105–220, title II, §251(a)(2), Aug. 7, 1998, 112 Stat. 1079.

Short Title of 1988 Amendment

Pub. L. 100–297, title II, §2101, Apr. 28, 1988, 102 Stat. 302, provided that part B (§§2101, 2102) of title II of Pub. L. 100–297, enacting this chapter, was to be cited as the "Adult Education Amendments of 1988".
