§8211. Nonapplicability of Federal Advisory Committee Act

§8211. Nonapplicability of Federal Advisory Committee Act
Chapter 10 of title 5 (commonly known as the "Federal Advisory Committee Act"), shall not apply to—
(1) the Board; or
(2) any Partnership.
