Effective Date of Repeal
Pub. L. 97–176, §14, May 17, 1982, 96 Stat. 84, provided that the Northern Pacific Halibut Act of 1937 [sections 772 to 772j of this title] is repealed effective as of the 90th day after the date of enactment of Pub. L. 97–176 [May 17, 1982].
