On December 14, 2023, the EPA Headquarters issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Spring Bayou Distribution Corporation (Spring Bayou), ordering the company to immediately stop the sale or distribution of pesticide products that the EPA had reason to believe were being offered for sale in violation of FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(A).
