Case summary

Air Liquide conducted an environmental compliance audit of the Clean Air Act (CAA), 42 U.S.C. ? 7401 et seq. and certain federally-approved and federally-enforceable State Implementation Plans; the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), 42 U.S.C. ? 11001 et seq. and the implementing regulations at 40 CFR Parts 355, 370, and 372; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), 42 U.S.C. ? 6901 et seq.; and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), 15 U.S.C. ? 2601 et seq. at 11 facilities pursuant to New Owner Audit Policy Audit Agreement. On November 6, 2017, Air Liquide submitted a Final Report describing violations at 8 facilities. EPA determined that Air Liquide?s disclosures met the conditions of the Audit Policy, as modified by the New Owner Audit Policy.
