Case summary

This settlement resolves Honeywell’s self-disclosed Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) violations. Honeywell entered into a corporate audit agreement with the EPA pursuant to the Agency’s Audit Policy. Under this corporate audit agreement, Honeywell assessed its EPCRA compliance at over 250 facilities across the country, disclosed violations to the EPA, and corrected all disclosed violations.
