Stella-Jones, Inc. (Stella-Jones) acquired facilities listed below through a stock purchase agreement with the Burke-Parsons-Bowlby Corporation (Burke-Parsons) on April 1, 2008. In the course of its compliance review after the acquisition, Stella-Jones identified potential violations of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) at the following facilities, and self-disclosed failure to complete and submit a toxic chemical release form (Form R) for polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs) for reporting years 2003 and 2004 to EPA Region III on April 24, 2008 and July 7, 2008: 1.
