Case summary

As a result of a September 2008 inspection of TIMET's facility, EPA discovered that TIMET did not file all of the Required Forms for the 2006 reporting period as required under TSCA's Inventory Update Reporting (IUR) regulations (40 C.F.R. Section 710.53). TIMET has since submitted the required information to the Agency; the Consent Agreement requires the payment of a civil penalty ($37,267) for the late filings.
