Case summary
As part of the settlement agreement, ESW Agreed to perform a Supplement Environmental Project wherein they agreed to replace 44 old wood stoves with 44 new EPA certified wood stoves in 44 low income communities in VA and WV. Community Housing Partners of Christiansburg, VA installed the wood stoves on behalf of ESW. The project was completed September 1, 2008. The SEP permanently reduce PM emissions by 2 tons per year.
