THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED BY COMPANY'S PRESIDENT ON 7/19/00 AND BY BUCKHEIT ON 8/1/00. IMPORTER AGREED TO TH E FOLLOWING: 1. EXPORT ENGINES, TO SUBMIT A COMPLIANCE PLA N, AND TO PAY A PENALTY OF 3,000 TO CUSTOMS. THE IMPORTER HAS ONLY IMPORTED ONE ENGINE SINCE 1996 OTHER THAN SUBJECT E NGINES.
