RESPONDENT REMEDIED THE VIOLATIONS AND TESTED THE NOZZLE FLOW RATES FOR ALL PUMP NOZZLES AT THE FACILITY TO A SSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLOW RATE REQUIREMENT.
