EPA REPRESENTATIVES INSPECTED THIS GASOLINE RETAIL OUTLET ON 6/04/98 AND FOUND THAT ONE NOZZLE ON A GASOLINE PUMP EXCEEDED THE MA XIMUM FLOW RATE OF 10 GALLONS PER MINUTE. RESPONDENT REMEDI ED THE VIOLATION AND TESTED THE NOZZLE FLOW RATES FOR ALL PU MP NOZZLES AT THE FACILITY TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLO W RATE REQUIREMENT.
