EPA REPRESENTATIVES INSPECTED THIS GASOLINE RETAIL OUTLET ON6/10/98 AND FOUND THAT THREE NOZZLES ON GASOLINE PUMPS EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM FLOW RATE OF 10 GALLONS PER MINUTE. RESPONDENT REME DIED THE VIOLATIONS AND TESTED THE NOZZLE FLOW RATES FOR ALL PUMP NOZZLES AT THE FACILITY TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLOW RATE REQUIREMENT.
