RANDOM INSPECTION ON 6/24/1998 FOUND GASOLINE AT RETAIL OU TLET FAILED TO MEET THE APPLICABLE RFG STANDARD IN VOC CONTR OL REGION 2 AREA WHERE THE MINIMUM VOC-EMISSIONS PERFORMANCE REDUCTION IS 13.1%. ONE NOZZLE ON A GASOLINE PUMP EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM FLOW RATE OF 10 GALLONS PER MINUTE. RESPONDENT REMEDIED THE VIOLATIONS AND TESTED THE NOZZLE FLOW RATES FO R ALL PUMP NOZZLES AT BOTH FACILITIES TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE W ITH THE FLOW RATE REQUIREMENT.
