RESPONDENT REME DIED THE VIOLATIONS AND TESTED THE NOZZLE FLOW RATES FOR ALL PUMP NOZZLES AT THE FACILITY TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLOW RATE REQUIREMENT.
