This case addresses violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) by Patterson's Diesel, Inc., ( Patterson's ) an automotive repair shop located in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. On September 10, 2014, USEPA inspectors found that Patterson's possessed one vehicle which had emissions control defeat devices installed by Patterson's.
