Case summary

This case involves sixteen violations of the Clean Air Act by Bad Boy Mowers, Inc., a lawn mower manufacturer in Batesville, Arkansas. Bad Boy sold or offered for sale 5,095 lawn mowers that were not covered by a certificate of conformity for running loss emissions, as required by 40 C.F.R. Part 1060.
