On December 13, 2006, Respondent imported from China into Miami, Florida twenty-two generators containing uncertified nonroad diesel engines (generator sets). During February 2007, U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the Port of Miami, Florida seized the generator sets. In addition to paying an EPA civil penalty of $15,000, Respondent is required to export the generator sets to a location outside of North America and the territories of the United States.
