Additionally, Rinchem failed to annually certify their operating procedures as current and accurate for their operators. Finally, Rinchem failed to retain their 2019 Compliance Audit report and certify their 2022 Compliance Audit report to ensure they are complying with the requirements. Under the terms of the agreement, the company paid a penalty of $3,300.
