Case summary
On December 2, 2025, Region 10 executed eight Administrative Order?s on Consent with the Confederated Tribes of Colville for violations of the SDWA at eight water systems owned and operated by the Coville Tribes located in and around the Confederated Tribes of Colville Reservation, Nespelem, Washington. The water systems included in the Orders: Seatons Grove Community Water System, Rocky River Road Community Water System, Omak HUD Community Water System, Nespelem Agency Community Water System, Malott Community Water System, Keller Community Water System, Twin Lakes HUD Community Water System and San Poil Treatment Center Non-community Water System. Together these eight water systems serve approximately 1,697 people. The Orders establish a schedule to correct violations of the National Primary Drinking Water Rule including correction of identified significant deficiencies, monitoring and reporting requirements, and providing required public notice.
