On October 23, 2025, Region 10 ECAD R10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order to PCC Structurals, Inc (PCC) in Portland, Oregon, resolving violations of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-Know-Act, 40 C.F.R. Part 372 & 372.3 (EPCRA 313). EPCRA 313 requires that facilities report releases of toxic chemicals to the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI).
