Motor Vehicle Waste Disposal Wells (MVWDWs) were banned in Alaska in August 2005. The Complaint requires Mr. William Peterson III dba Birdhouse Garage to pay an amount not to exceed $28,619 per day per violation, up to a maximum administrative civil penalty of $357,729
