Case summary
On February 24, 2026, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement with Intel Corporation for violations of Title V of the Clean Air Act. Intel Corporation failed to maintain records for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE) between 2021 and 2022, located at Intel?s Aloha and Ronler Campuses in Oregon. The violations were identified by EPA during an inspection in 2023. This is the first enforcement action EPA Region 10 has taken against Intel Corporation for RICE recordkeeping violations.
