This Order pertains to the in-water portion of the Lower Duwamish Waterway Superfund Site in Seattle, King County, Washington (?Site?). The Lower Duwamish Waterway Superfund Site also includes upland and adjacent areas (?Upland Areas?) that were and continue to be sources of contamination to the Site. Unless otherwise directed by EPA, Upland Areas are not currently subject to this Order.
