Lastly, Dickinson Frozen Foods dba IdaCold LLC failed to replace faulty equipment (safety release valves) within an appropriate timeline as described by the equipment manufacturer. According to EJScreen, this facility is not in an area of potential EJ concerns. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $2,600.
