Case summary

On January 29, 2024 EPA Region 10 issued a Notice of Warning to Valley Agronomics, LLC for violations of the Federal Insecticide,Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Section 12(a)(2)(S), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(S). It was found that during a March, 2022 inspection Valley Agronomics, LLC failed to comply with EPA?s Pesticide Management and Disposal Regulations issued under FIFRA Section 19 Storage, Disposal, Transportation and Recall. at their facility in Stayton, Oregon. At the time of inspection there was spilled pesticide product out of the containment structure that had not been cleaned up by the end of the day, as required by the regulations.
