Case summary
On May 22, 2025, EPA Region 10 settled with Winix America, Inc. (Vernon Hills, Illinois) for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) resulting from the importation ( distribution ) of hundreds of thousands of units of pesticides and devices from June 2021 to May 2022.
