On August 2, 2023, Region 10 issued an administrative order on consent to D.R Johnson Lumber Company for its facility in Riddle, Oregon. D.R. Johnson Lumber Company failed to identify an outfall in their Stormwater Pollution Control Plan (SWPCP).
