Case summary
On September 1, 2021 EPA Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) by EcoLab, Inc. EPA has determined that an appropriate penalty to settle the RCRA and FIFRA violations is $214,047.
