Case summary
On December 15th, 2020, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to address violations of the Clean Water Act by KAG West LLC, located at 401 East Alexander Avenue, Tacoma, Washington. Respondent, which operates a trucking terminal, had numerous violations of the CWA and its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
