In cases such as this, in order for an EPA registered establishment to be in compliance with Section 7 of FIFRA, an initial establishment production report must be submitted in the SSTS no later than 30 days after an Est. No. is granted. Following the initial report, an annual production report is due no later than March 1st for all EPA registered establishments. Failure to comply with will result in a Notice Of Warning letter for a companies first violation. If there are multiple violations, further penalizations in the form of fines and potentially termination will ensue.
