Region 10 Resolves Clean Air Act Title II Violations by AllWest Imports LLC (Spokane, WA) On October 17, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against AllWest Imports, LLC for violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act. AllWest imported an uncertified motor vehicle in August 2019. AllWest imports motor vehicles from Canada for sale at auction in Washington State. The violation was identified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers located at in Eastport, Idaho and referred to EPA requesting follow up enforcement in August 2019. AllWest paid a civil penalty of $3000 and submitted documentation that the vehicle was re-exported back to Canada.
