Additionally, operators failed to document self-inspections and to include or update required information in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The Middle Fork of the Payette River is impaired for sediment. EPA is helping to protect water quality in the Middle Fork of the Payette River by ensuring all operators are covered and responsible under the SW CGP and that monitoring and planning documentation at the Site is comprehensive and current. The parties agreed to pay a penalty of $2,600.
