On June 3, 2019, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to VRM BioLogik (Woodland, Washington) to stop the distribution and sale of the products Prot3ct Bio-Defender, and Bio-Seed. These products are unregistered pesticide on the basis of its presticidal claims made on the product label, SDS, regarding the products pesticidal effect. Prot3ct Bio-Defender, and Bio-Seed. are currently under Customs Bond under Import Entry No. 8D4-0014873-4. The SSURO is the result of import document review and EPA inspection on February 13, 2019.
