On September 17, 2018, Region 10 settled an Expedited Settlement Agreement with Chemi-Green Solutions, LLC, located in Wilsonville, Oregon to address violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 USC 136j(a)(2)(L), for non-reporting on the 2017 Annual Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (Report).
