Case summary
On September 27 EPA Region 10 entered three, separate CAFOs with Colville, Inc.; Brooks Range Supply Co.; and Brooks Camp LLC, for violations of the Clean Air Act at several locations on Alaska's North Slope, near Deadhorse, Alaska. The three companies are all subsidiaries of Colville Holdings, LLC. EPA alleged violations of the NESHAP for gasoline distribution, gasoline dispensing and reciprocating internal combustion engines as well as the NSPS for stationary spark ignition engines. The civil penalty for all three settlements totals $200,000.
