On December 29, 2017, EPA, Region 10 issued an Administrative Order on Consent under Section 113 of the Clean Air Act to Colville, Inc. of Anchorage, Alaska (Docket No. CAA-10-2018-0237) to correct violations of 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart Kb and JJJJ and 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subparts BBBBBB and ZZZZ at the company�s Prudhoe Bay bulk gasoline terminal to ensure the company�s gasoline tanks and stationary engines comply with emissions standards. Compliance with the Order will reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutants from the company�s bulk gasoline storage tanks and reduce emissions from the company�s engines.
