No. 5042-34; and RCO Squirrel Patrol Pelleted Ag Bait EPA Reg. No. 36029-17-5042. These products do not bear correct storage and disposal statements as required under EPA?s Pesticide Container and Containment Regulations at 40 CFR 156.140(a). The Stop Sale is the result of collaboration with Oregon Department of Agriculture and EPA R8.
