Case summary
On February 18, 2015, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against the Pendleton Grain Growers facility in Pendleton, Oregon for violations of CAA 112(r) Risk Management Program requirements. The Region alleged that Pendleton Grain Growers failed to comply with several risk management program requirements that apply to its use of anhydrous ammonia. The violations have been corrected. Under the terms of the agreement, the company agreed to pay a $3,150 penalty.
