Final Order With Penalty

Case summary

On May 9, 2014, Region 10 settled with Primeland Cooperatives for violations of FIFRA. In June 2012, the Tribal Pesticide Circuit Rider Program (Circuit Rider) investigated a pesticide drift complaint against Primeland Cooperatives. The drift incident occured in Nezperce, Idaho, which is located within the boundaries of the Nez Perce Reservation. The Circuit Rider referred the inspection report to EPA for review and follow-up.
