On July 11, 2013, Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to NuFarm Americas, Inc. to stop the further sale and distribution of a shipment of �Glyphosate Technical� (EPA Reg. No. 71368-46) that was imported into the U.S. on or about June 19, 2013. The product labels did not clearly identify the pesticide container as either refillable or non-refillable and, therefore, was misbranded. Region 10 has issued several stop sale orders to Nu-Farm for different products in the past.
