On June 11, 2013, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to NuFarm Americas, Inc. to stop the further sale and distribution of Victory Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 71368-75), Purestand Selective Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 71368-38) and Spyder Extra Selective Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 228-690) that were imported into Seattle, Washington in May and June 2013. The product labels lacked complete Directions for Use and therefore were misbranded.
