n April 16, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) assessing a $560 penalty against Larry Boyer Land and Cattle to resolve a FIFRA drift violation.  By allowing the pesticide, TruSlate Pro (EPA Reg. No. 71368-88) to drift from its target site, Respondent used the pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling, a violation of FIFRA. The violation, which occurred in Nezperce, Idaho, within the boundaries of the Nez Perce Reservation, was investigated by a Tribal Pesticide Circuit Rider.
