On October 11, 2012 Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against Rite Stuff Foods, Inc. for violations of CAA § 112(r) risk management program requirements. The Region alleged that Rite Stuff Foods, Inc. failed to update its risk management program at least every five years. This violation has since been corrected. Under the terms of the ESA, the company paid a penalty of $2,000.
