Case summary
On June 26, 2012, Region 10 entered a Compliance Order on Consent with the co-permittees of the Pocatello Urbanized Area (PUA) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). This enforcement action resulted from violations found during an inspection in June 2011.
